Who Should Attend?

This workshop will serve you best if you have at least some basic facilitation and leadership experience. It will offer you the attitudes and hands-on practice you need to serve in the role of facilitator with increased confidence, and will help expand your self-knowledge and ability to self-manage; skills critical to your success as a leader. If you are an experienced facilitator, this is your chance to take your existing practice of facilitation into some new terrain with a fresh new model that offers increasing depth and breadth of practice. We look forward to taking this journey with you!

Without a doubt, this was one of the most informative, meaningful and useful experiences in my professional and personal growth paths ever! The skills acquired and reflection opportunities exceeded the high promise of previous participant’s recommendations. I am so appreciative of this experience . . .
and the difference it is making and will continue to make in my life.

This was transformational – both at a personal and a professional level. This workshop gave me a new toolkit, one of which I draw upon in my personal and professional life. This week was one of the most impactful weeks I’ve had in my professional career.

I appreciated the intentionality of the week. Your willingness to take the time to build community, provide theory and frameworks, recognize the group’s evolution and see our own personal growth resulted in a great experience.

I wanted to thank you for a valuable experience last week. I gained tools which will aid me in future facilitation, which was my goal. What I didn’t expect to receive was further insight to what makes me “tick” – this part was surprising and personally very valuable. Thank you for the candor, integrity and being so authentic.

Darin, Harry & Steve: thank you for the wonderful opportunity you provided me to stretch my wings and grow. I learned a great deal, and mostly about myself. Who knew a course on facilitation and collaboration could cause so much introspection. All clearly coming at a crossroads time in my life, this growing older stuff is harder than you think!Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thanks guys for a wonderful workshop! I was facilitating a group yesterday and I was able to take them to a deeper understanding of what they needed to do because I was more comfortable taking them there. I used the Integral approach to stop and see where we were stuck. It was me! I had not previously been comfortable in taking teams deeper into messy situations. Once I got over myself, everything just flowed! We were able to address the elephant in the room that I wanted to avoid. Just wanted to let you know how you are helping many others through your workshops!

This is the best workshop I have ever attended, and I have attended
a lot of workshops! Everything about the experience was positive.
I not only learned more than I thought I would, but I also use what I learn.
