5-Day Leadership Adventure at UW-Madison
Three offerings available in January, April, and June of 2018

Offered at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, this carefully constructed environment facilitates transformative learning at the emotional, physical, intellectual, social and spiritual levels, producing profound and lasting impact on individuals and organizations. In this highly experiential workshop, you will be introduced to a unique technology called Integral Facilitation, that balances “hard” and “soft” skills and attitudes required to build a collaborative, high performing culture. Using hands-on, multi-modal approaches, we’ll take you beyond theory to walk the path of mastery using a holistic set of 20 facilitation competencies. These competencies are based on a new model encompassing twenty archetypes of the integral facilitator, informed by the “integral” philosophy of Ken Wilber. Check out Basic Course for full details. And please feel free to contact us if you’re interested in sponsoring a basic course in your area.
