Offered twice a year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, this popular course fills quickly. In this workshop , you will be introduced to a comprehensive model for facilitation, one that balances “hard” and “soft” skills. Using hands-on, multi-modal approaches, we’ll take you beyond theory to walk the path of mastery using a holistic set of 20 facilitation competencies. These competencies are based on a new model encompassing twenty archetypes of the integral facilitator, informed by the “integral” philosophy of Ken Wilber. Check out Basic Course for full details. THE JOURNEY BEYOND (Advanced Course)
3-Day Experiential Workshop at Holy Wisdom Monestary
November 8-10, 2017; 8:30am – 4:30pm daily
Prerequisite: JOFC
