Living Giving Enterprises, LLC (LGE) was founded by Steve Davis and Darin Harris in January 2017 to provide leadership development and consulting services to leaders who want to thrive in these dynamic and complex times. These partners began working together in 2006 when they designed and began leading the ever-popular 5-day leadership experience called the Journey of Facilitation and Collaboration (JOFC) now experienced by over 700 students in 30 cohorts, growing primarily through word of mouth.
As leaders are becoming aware that old problem-solving methods are insufficient to address the increasingly tangled problems they face today, they seek ways to engage the collective power of groups to develop and execute innovative solutions and strategies. Our Journey courses provide carefully constructed environments that facilitate transformative learning at the emotional, physical, intellectual, social and spiritual levels, producing profound and lasting impact on individuals and organizations. Increased demand has led to the formation of LGE to scale up this offering to national and global levels along with additional workshops and consulting services.
