Process. Our coaching process will provide support, compassion, resources, focus, and a sounding board for ideas to help you realize your goals and make changes in your professional and personal life.
What you will receive…
Structure. Two (2) 90-minute virtual sessions each month for three months to help identify challenges, resolve barriers, integrate new behaviors, and set and monitor performance goals. During these sessions, we will create and facilitate processes designed to challenge each member to be and do more than they would on their own in an unconditionally constructive fashion. We will also provide unlimited email support to participants for feedback and support
Training. Drawing distinctions, teaching principles, shifting personal paradigms, and offering perspective and specialized instruction in areas where needed.
Co-creation. Developing multiple alternatives with you and effective strategies and action plans.
Accountability. We will help you establish a direction, strategy, action plans, and benchmarks for new behaviors and actions your members commit to and a forum where progress is reported and challenges can be addressed and resolved.
Content. Our coaching conversations are intended to support you to integrate the personal and professional learning from the JOFC course into your life and work. Content may include but will not be limited to the following subjects:
– Identify and clarify existing problems and obstacles
– Clarifying and accelerating goals
– Becoming more productive
– Significantly reducing stress
– Enhance interpersonal skills
– Become a more powerful communicator
– Find new energy and satisfaction in work and life
$150/month per participant for a minimum of a three-month commitment.
The full fee is due at least 15 business days prior to the start of the first session. Fees are due in the form of a check or credit card. Registration is available below:
